Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using (Vurn Media LLC.) WTI's Membership Program ("Program"). By accessing or using the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not access or use the Program.

1. Membership Program Overview

1.1 The WTI (Vurn Media LLC.) Membership Program provides members with exclusive benefits and features, as described on the WTI website and promotional materials.

1.2 Membership in the Program is subject to approval and is available to individuals or businesses that meet WTI's eligibility criteria.

2. ASIN Approval Process

2.1 All ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers) submitted for consideration within the Program must go through our approval process.

2.2 Submission of an ASIN does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. WTI (Vurn Media LLC.) reserves the right to review and evaluate each ASIN based on its own discretion and criteria.

2.3 WTI (Vurn Media LLC.) may consider various factors during the ASIN approval process, including but not limited to product relevance, quality, and alignment with the Program's objectives and guidelines.

2.4 WTI (Vurn Media LLC.) will notify the member of the acceptance or rejection of the submitted ASIN. Rejected ASINs may be resubmitted for consideration after addressing the specified concerns, if applicable.

3. Membership Obligations

3.1 Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their membership profiles. This includes contact details, payment information, and any other relevant information required by WTI (Vurn Media LLC.).

3.2 Members agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while using the Program.

3.3 Members are solely responsible for their interactions and transactions with other members, hosts, and any third parties involved in the Program.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 WTI (Vurn Media LLC.) retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property associated with the Program, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and software.

4.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tools, and asset's within the Program solely for business purposes within the scope of the Agreement.

5. Termination

5.1 WTI (Vurn Media LLC.) reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's participation in the Program at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Program.

5.2 Members may terminate their participation in the Program by providing written notice to WTI (Vurn Media LLC.). Termination will be effective upon 30 days receipt of such notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 WTI (Vurn Media LLC.) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program or this Agreement.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Program and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

7.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida, USA.

By accessing or using the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
